What is a Lease?
It is a contractual arrangement committing a lessee (user), to pay the lessor (owner) for use of an asset. It acts as a legal, binding contract between a landlord and tenant.
Leases can look and be complicated. It is of course important to understand what your responsibilities are before you commit.
